Wireless that reaches across plant floors and industrial sites.

A long-range, low-power Wi-Fi standard built for demanding environments, connecting hundreds of sensors and assets on one secure network, without new cabling or carrier fees.

Wi-Fi HaLow connects what you couldn't reach before

Condition monitoring & predictive maintenance

Vibration, temperature, and current sensors on motors, pumps, and machinery, with enough bandwidth for real telemetry and enough range to cover the whole floor.

Reach the gauges and valves you never could before

Connect to gauges, valves, and machines in tight quarters or out at the far edge of the site , where cable can't reach and other wireless drops out.

Worker safety & environmental sensing

Gas, air-quality, and lone-worker devices that stay connected through structures and across the yard.

The connectivity gap

Industrial sites are hostile to wireless: metal racking, heavy machinery, radio-frequency (RF) noise, across large complex sites. Wired fieldbus and Ethernet are reliable but rigid and expensive to extend. LoRaWAN reaches far but can't carry rich data. Private LTE/5G covers the site but brings spectrum complexity, substantial cost, and carrier dependency into the operational technology (OT) environment.

Wi-Fi HaLow removes the trade-off: genuine Wi-Fi (native IP, WPA3 security) engineered for range and penetration in sub-GHz, with no SIM, no carrier, and no recurring fee.

Industrial Wi-Fi haLow

The wireless layer Industry 4.0 has been waiting for

Industry 4.0 runs on data from every machine, tank, and pallet, but only if you can connect them reliably where cable can't reach and standard Wi-Fi won't survive. Wi-Fi HaLow was built for exactly that: genuine Wi-Fi that penetrates, persists, and scales across the hardest sites.

CAPABILITIES

What Wi-Fi HaLow delivers for industrial connectivity

Reach through metal and machinery

Sub-GHz penetration and range that hold up across plant floors, warehouses, and yards.

Robust in noisy RF environments

Strong signal, high receive sensitivity, and cascading MCS rates and bandwidths hold the link at distance and in noise.

No SIM, no carrier, no recurring fee

The reach of private cellular without the spectrum cost or carrier dependency.

OT-grade security, native IP

WPA3 and genuine IP that drop into your existing IT/OT stack, for ease of integration with the tools you already run.

Scales to hundreds of sensors

Dense sensor fleets on one network without congestion.

Low-power by design

Power-efficient operation and built-in low-power features for battery and energy-harvesting sensors in hard-to-reach places.

One network, covering the whole site

Hundreds of sensors and assets across a plant or site, running efficiently on one secure network. Reliability at distance opens up connectivity and monitoring that was previously not feasible or came with significant added cost.

Built and backed by the Wi-Fi we all know and trust.

Defined by the IEEE

Wi-Fi HaLow is based on the 802.11ah standard, defined by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the same body behind every generation of Wi-Fi.

Certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance

Wi-Fi CERTIFIED HaLow is certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance, the global industry association that promotes interoperability, security, and consistent performance across Wi-Fi products.

Official testing via Morse Micro

As a Wi-Fi Alliance approved Wi-Fi HaLow testbed vendor, Morse Micro helps companies test, validate and refine their Wi-Fi HaLow products in preparation for certification.
